Shipping Policy

Please read our store policies carefully as it contains important details about all processed transactions


 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays. If you order a product over the weekend, your order will begin processing on the next business day. After the processing time is completed, shipping will start. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out. 


 

We use usps for mail delivery. Normally customers receive packages within 3-4 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email (excluding weekends and holidays). However, depending on location. There could be delays with the shipping carriers. Shipping can take 7-10 business days.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT DELAYS CAN OCCUR WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. THIS CAN CREATE A DELAY ON YOUR SHIPPED PACKAGE.

 

All Sales Are Final. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through Deluxefashion. 

 

Orders canceled before it is shipped will assess a cancellation fee of 20% before credit is issued. To cancel your order contact Deluxefashion customer service via our CONTACT PAGE.


 

Your billing and shipping address must match in order for the transaction to be complete. 



 

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or FedEx, Deluxefashion will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Deluxefashion via our CONTACT PAGE prior to your order being shipped.


 

If an error in the shipping address is made by the customer during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/invalid address), customers must contact Deluxefashion customer service via our CONTACT PAGE within one hour of the order being placed for correction. Otherwise, once shipped, the customer must contact the shipment courier to have changes made.

Deluxefashion is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg,damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process.

Deluxefashion is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season or inclement weather.

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be canceled, and you will automatically receive a refund
